Terms And Conditions

General Event Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This event is open to participants who meet the eligibility criteria for each activity. All participants must comply with these terms and conditions and agree to the rules specific to each activity they join.
Participation: By participating in any anniversary activity, participants agree to these terms and conditions. WebNIC reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these rules.
Rights and Liability: WebNIC reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any activities without prior notice. WebNIC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in these activities.

Registration Competition Terms & Conditions

- Eligibility: Open to all verified WebNIC Resellers who meet the registration requirements on the WebNIC platform during the Campaign Period.

Participation: The competition runs from 20 November 2024 to 19 February 2025 (the “Campaign Period”). Only domain registrations made during the Campaign Period will qualify for this competition.

Rights and Liability: Resellers must promote the following TLDs: .it.com, .digital, .live, .world, .me, and .sg. Eligible domain registrations made during the Campaign Period will be tracked and counted. Each registration year counts as one point. For example, a 2-year registration equals 2 points.
Prizes: The competition rewards the top 10 performers based on the total number of registration years sold during the Campaign Period. Prizes are as follows:
- 1st Prize: $2,500
- 2nd Prize: $1,000
- 3rd Prize: $500
- 4th – 10th Prizes: $100 each
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other rewards.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be determined by the total number of registration years sold during the Campaign Period. Unclaimed prizes after the agreed-upon period will be forfeited. Every two weeks, WebNIC will list the top 5 sales performers on social media. Winners will also be notified via email at the conclusion of the campaign.

Social Media Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open to followers of WebNIC’s official social media accounts. Participants must have a public social media account to ensure proper verification.
How to Enter: Participants must like and share designated event posts on Instagram and Facebook. Each engagement counts as one entry into the lucky draw.
Prizes: Two winners each from Instagram and Facebook will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a mystery gift. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winner notification: Winners will be announced on WebNIC’s social media channels after the lucky draw period ends. Winners must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, a new winner may be selected.

Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who register domains with the following extensions: .it.com, .digital, .live, .world, .me, or .sg. Participants must complete domain registrations during the campaign period and adhere to the rules specified below.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must register one or more domains with the following extensions: .it.com, .digital, .live, .world, .me, or .sg, during the designated campaign periods. Each registration year counts as one entry. For example, registering a domain for 2 years will grant 2 entries, 3 years will give 3 entries, and so on. All entries will remain valid throughout the entire campaign period and be eligible for multiple draws.
Prizes: The competition rewards the top 10 performers based on the total number of registration years sold during the Campaign Period. Prizes are as follows:
- First Draw: For domains registered between November 20, 2024, and December 19, 2024. The winner will be selected the week of December 23, 2024.
- Second Draw: For domains registered between November 20, 2024, and January 19, 2025. The winner will be selected the week of January 27, 2025.
- Third Draw: For domains registered between November 20, 2024, and February 19, 2025. The winner will be selected the week of March 3, 2025.
Winner notification: Winners will be notified via email after each month within the campaign period. Prizes must be claimed by the date specified in the email or they will be forfeited.

Affiliate Campaign Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This Affiliate Campaign is open to all registered affiliates of the campaign platform. Only affiliates who are specifically selected to participate in this campaign will be eligible for rewards. Affiliates must meet all the participation criteria outlined below to qualify for rewards.
How to Participate: Affiliates must display the campaign’s ready-made banners on their websites. Affiliates are required to post at least one promotional post per month on their social media platforms during the campaign.
Rewards: Selected affiliates will be rewarded $100 each for their performance and contributions during the campaign. The rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
Enrolment: Only selected affiliates will be invited to participate in the campaign and will receive an email notification confirming their enrolment. Affiliates must enrol through the provided link: https://affiliate.webnic.cc/.
Notification of Rewards: Rewards will be distributed to eligible affiliates after the completion of the campaign, and all performance criteria are verified.
